This is my first post about the LSE Roof Gardens. I have set up this new blog to keep everyone up to date with the project, to share photos and ideas and to allow all the roof top gardeners to participate.
I have been working on the Shaw Library balcony garden for the past year and a half. Over this time we have managed to grow tomatoes, salad, rocket, herbs (lots of borage), sunflowers, peppers and much more. Some things do well, others do less well.
At the moment we have five in our team, myself, and my colleague Steve from the Centre for Learning Technology. But also Jane, Mei and Paul from the Library. We’ll share some photos in our next post.
